I grew up visiting my grandparents on their farm in rural Tennessee, where on 300 acres of pristine property rests a little white house with a green tin roof. 

It was a haven—warm, safe and inclusive. But it was also raw, strong and grounded.

Under that roof, I learned the importance of being authentic, having a point of view and giving others a voice. 

At Tin Roof, we work from the inside out. Identifying the root causes of our clients’ challenges and mobilizing leaders and employees to uproot those challenges and help our clients be the best they can be.
